Another school year done and damn I’m so glad it’s over. This past semester has been my hardest semester yet, but I ended up with the best GPA I’ve had all college long. Pretty pumped cause of that..(didn’t get the 4.0 I wanted but it’s a good start, I’ll get it next year for sure) A lot of crazy shit happened in the last couple days. My roommates and I threw an end-of-the-year party. It was an awesome night, we all got fucked up and then the cops showed up!! One second I’m just dancing in the living room and the next second, the cop snatches some random dude from our kitchen and pulls him into our backyard, the music cuts, and everyone starts panicking. I’ve never dealt with cops in my life before, not even a speeding ticket, so in my head I’m just straight scared shitless. The cop is asking for the owners. My other roommates are fucking hiding (lol I thought we were brothers and supposed to have each other’s backs), and everyone’s just expecting me to talk to him. I don’t think I ever looked as defeated as I did when I walked up to the cop. I’ve seen people get MIP’s for doing this shit, and that’s the last thing I need on my record. I came and talked to him, was really respectful about everything, and he ended up just giving me a citation for noise violation (which is bullshit we couldn’t have been that loud). I was so thankful it wasn’t anything more. The dude that got snatched earlier ended up getting arrested, which sucks but I didn’t even know who he was so whatever lol. Then the next day we all went to the casino in Oklahoma and I lost all my money so that was pretty cool… Tomorrow my sister’s graduating from UH and I’m so proud of her. I don’t think she realizes how much I look up to her, but I really wouldn’t be half the person I am today without my sister guiding me along the way. I’m back home in Houston for a couple days and then I’m going back to College Station to get a job for the summer. Pretty excited for next school year: I’m going to be a badass upperclassmen, we got new awesome roommates for our house, and I’m even closer to graduating. Can’t wait to see what next year has to offer but I’m just straight chillin til then.
